And another one , if an aircraft wants to final approach and passes through the inversion , how will IAS and Angle of descent or rate of descent change ? Thank you!

You would need more information to answer that. If it's a surface inversion with the surface air almost stationary and the approach is made with a headwind at the higher levels, there would be a drop in IAS and a reduction in lift accompanied by an increase in rate of descent and angle of descent.
