In my recent Air Law exam it asked what maintenance can be done by someone with a CPL
In reviewing the CAR Schedule 8 I see as list of maintenance that can be done on a Class B aircraft but nowhere does it refer to “by someone with a CPL”
I’ve read through CAR Reg 42ZC Clause (4) and can’t make heads or tails of whether this includes a person with a CPL. The only thing close is items (d) and (da)
Also what about Class A aircraft? Why is this just specific to Class B?
Can anyone decipher this one for me?

It's anyone with a PPL or higher
