Hi, I ordered the practice cyber exams of the website but it's not letting me log in, when i go to 'retrieve my password' i put in my ARN and my email, (i've tried all the possible emails it could be' and it doesn't seem to work.
Any idea on how to get into my account?

The web site to log into your Exams is www.bobtait-online.com your username is your ARN and the password is the one you set up with your initial order. If you can email me with your name and ARN I will be able to check your order out more thoroughly.
