Greetings all,

I’m confused with this question. Screenshot attached:

I’m thinking/hoping it’s just another ‘pain in the bum’ IAP change.

If the QNH (actual approved source) is not available, as indicated in the question, then we are not to remove the 100 feet from the shaded box? Would this not make the answer 870 feet?

Also, in these GNSS arrival plates, is the MDA always the same as the circling minima?
