There was a practice questions, Im not sure if you know the one
but we are flying from Wagga via Canberra to YMRY
and the question was what is the lowest cloud
I anwered BKN 2000 but it was 3000. I am wondering about the answer because we passed through C1

This question comes down to the times involved, your ETA at YMER is 0200Z, where as the conditions in the GAF start at 03Z.
2000M ISOL TSRA IN C1 FM 03Z
