Good evening all,
just wondering if there is training required to banner tow in Australia. I've found part 138 MOS chapter 15 the requirements but I cant find anything on any endorsement or rating required to go with this.
Are there any training providers out there?

The only requirement I can see for banner towing falls under Chapter 23, and the training and operations is the responsibility of the operator. I must admit it's pretty vague.
