Hi all,
Just doing some CPL study and have come across a question about AOC's that I can't find an answer too. If you are operating a small aerial photography business (e.g. Yourself and 1 aircraft) how are you able to satisfy the requirements for a chief pilot when submitting for an AOC?
Any help would be much appreciated
Kind regards,
Locky
Hi Locky,
All the information you need on AOCs can be found at CASA's website here:

The requirements for flying operations are discussed in Volume 2 of the AOC handbook:

For some more specific information, satisfying the requirements of Chief Pilot are discussed in CAO 82.0, especially Appendix 1 (http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2012C00845/Html/Text#_Toc341263754)
Cheers,
