Hi all,
Long time reader, first time poster.
Can someone please elaborate as to who can;
1. Recommend a candidate for the CPL flight test.
2. Whether the head of flight training of an organisation who is also an ATO conduct the flight test if he is not the one recommending the candidate.
CASR 61.1295(2) is the only regulation I can find which only states the head of flight training (Also an ATO) cannot conduct the flight test if he is the one recommending the candidate.
