A co-pilot sees that the left engine oil pressure is below the green arc. He knows what is going but refuses to tell the the Captain. What attitude is he showing?
A) Macho
B) Deferent
C) Impulsive

I don't think any of those answers hits the spot. If I had to pick one it would have to be deference. The tendency to expect others to take the initiative in a situation.
It wasn't given, but I would prefer to see a choice that says the co-pilot should have shown more assertiveness.
