Please any bright ideas about this question:
if your doing rate 1 turn towards right through 090-270. What heading will you level off?
A) Two minutes 290*
B) Two minutes 260*
C) One minute 260*
D) One minute 290*

I don't know where you got this one from, but it seems incomplete and there is no correct answer. Assuming you are talking about a compass turn, if you turn from East to West through South at rate one it would take 1 minute (180° at 3°per second). There is no turning error on either east or west so no allowance need be made in anticipating or delaying the roll out onto west. So it would take 1 minute and you would complete the roll-out on 270°.
