Q14 (not in the book) It is usual for the propeller to be in fully fine pitch when taxiing for take-off. Why is this a recommendation?
(a) it allows the tachometer to respond to changes in power changes during get magneto checks
(b) it provides for better engine cooling
(c) it provides extra power when taxiing up-hill
(d) it reduces the noise level while the aircraft is on the ground
Does anyone know the correct answer? This question is not in the book, and it cuts off before the answer in the video.
G'day Hiedif
The answer is (a) I'll review the video and add in the missing answer.
Cheers
Hi Stuart
I've just finished the videos for General Knowledge and the last one cuts off after question 15 of GK5. Is there another video which has the rest of those questions discussed?
Heidi
G'day Heidi
We are going to address that in the near future, for now we have no video available
