Wrote CPL Law the other day, got 88% (was hoping to do a bit better of course)

Just a few questions;

1. Smoking in aircraft: was asked about briefing of pax when prohibited...few options...but I chose (oral and display sign - thought this was kinda of a combo of Pax briefing as CAO and CAR on smoking)...but display sign and brief orally not correct.

2 - Rules on Min heights: asked when could fly low (without specific permit), few options, but I chose Aerial Work (as CASA issue a General permit for SAR dropping which comes under low flying does it not???)

3 - Mx by pilots....work 'distributer was in there, not in the Schedule, but, some of the other options were, so I chose that, not correct

4 - Operations at non controlled aerodrome, about straight in approach and aircraft priority, base aircraft of course has priority over straight in approach, but options were

a - Make a call, and inform the other traffic you are number 1 (this is the answer I chose)
b - nothing, you have priority
and I cant remember the other two, but neither looked correct.
