I’m redoing Volume 1 and encountered a bit of confusion while answering questions regarding alcohol. On Page 228. Question 10 alcohol can still be detected in the blood for ....
I thought answer would be 24hrs but the answer is 14hours after ingestion.
Am I wrong to understand 24hrs ?

It is generally accepted that it takes about 14 hours for the blood alcohol level to return to zero (based on breath tests). However, even though it would no longer have any effect on your performance, residual alcohol can be detected in the brain cells (not the blood stream) up to 24 hours after ingestion.
