Hi guys, I would appreciate clarification on a point of Air Law.
If a glider and a aeroplane are approaching head on, should the power give way to the glider or in this instance are both aircraft obligated by law to alter their respective courses to the right.

You've answered your own question. In any head-on situation, there is no right of way. Both aircraft should alter heading to the right.
See CAR 162 (2).
