A question in the Air Law exam prep asks.

If the QNH is 997 hPa and the FPT is 075 degrees M, the lowest VFR flight level available is -
Select one:
FL130
FL110
FL115
FL135

The answer given says.
The appropriate flight levels for that direction would be odd thousands plus 500 feet. The QNH is less than 1013, so FL110 is not available. FL115 is not available if the QNH is below 997. The QNH given is 997 so that's not below 997. You can use FL115 and it would be an appropriate level to plan.

CASR MOS 11.02
The correct answer is: FL115

However
AIP ENR 1.7-4 Fig 1, says FL150 - QNH =997
and CASR MOS 91 11.02 says At least 997, ie >=

so the correct answer should be FL135 by my thinking.

I'm guessing they've changed the AIP, since the question was written.
