Thanks Stuart... also I’m trying to work out research question for appendix 1...p 105.... but the appendix 1 in the book is a bit different to the new CAO appendix 1... FDP and flight time limits... the new one says nothing about it having to be between the hrs of 0700 and 2200...
Appendix 1.. 2.4... refers in the note that if a duty commences after 1700 on a day, the FDP must be less than 8 hrs because,under para 2.1(b) a FDP must not end later than 0100 hrs on the following day...

Are we talking about the same thing?

I have page 104 open of book that says 2014 ... I don’t know how to do the pic attachment but on that page it does clearly say under 2.1 about the FDP.. but I can’t find it on that new page...

sorry Stuart... but I’m still not able to work out how the answer is 2200.... using those new errata pages.... I get it using the page opposite in the Bob tait study book... but not answering it only using the new CAO 48.1.... sorry... I’m sure it’s me.. maybe could you explain how you’re getting that answer

I think I know what's going on did you check the questions on the PDF against the book there are a few differences
