The minimum obstacle free gradient provided at the end of an ALA which is being used for day operations should not be greater than -

This comes from CAAP 92-1(0), which is not within the permitted materials for airlaw. Does this mean I will be tested on stuff outside of the permitted materials?

No, it wont be tested in the CASA exam.
