not quite sure for this ,and want some help?
I have question not very sure.
1.You are cleared to enter Class C airspace, but the cloud base is low ,Can i request special VFR after cleared, or I have to request before cleared ?

Hi David,
You will never be offered Special VFR clearance (although you may be told it is available). To get a Special VFR clearance you need to ask for it exlicitly. The question says you are already cleared to enter Class C so you would simply now request a Special VFR clearance from the controller.
