What should the transponder be set if flying from class D to class G.
1200 and on?
I'm not sure of this answer.

Hey chencc121 - when you're in class D the transponder code is 3000 - alt/on before takeoff (as you are entering the runway) ((unless something is allocated to you of course)), once you fly into class G you would change it to 1200 - if you were leaving class G and entering class D you would change it from 1200 to 3000.
