Hi Uncle Bob

For Practice Exam 1 Question 26 page 153
[CAO 20.9.4.2.4]
An aircraft without an underwing refuelling capability is to be refuelled. Under which of the following conditions are non-ambulatory passengers permitted to remain on board?

Reading from CAO 20.9.4.2.3 and .4 (Attached) only ambulatory passengers are allowed at all for aircraft without underwing capabilities.
