finally i pass the last cpl subject air law. 🙂
but i have a few questions to ask when i was perplexed in some questions
1) the elt is unserviceable, we can fly in which situation a) remote area b) no passenger on board c) portable elt d) < 90 days ( but no placard word). i chose d, and it show on the kdr
my question is that can i fly with portable elt when the aircraft elt is unservicable?

Out of the choices given, (c) would be the one to pick. A portable ELT is acceptable as an alternative to an installed ELT. CAR 252 A. 1. (b)
