When you say you only took the extract to the exam... does that mean ONLY the extract? Does the extract contain the AIP, ERSA etc. or would you need to take a few more books?

The extract only covers CAOs, CAR, and CASRs.
AIP,ERSA, maps you have to source and bring youself
