Hi, I'm confused by the correct answer to question 22, Flight planning operational meteorology.
Which of the following conditions would always require that you plan an alternate if they occurred in the destination TAF for the period covering your ETA?
a) FM
b) TEMPO
c) INTER
d) PROB30 600FG
Correct answer is a) FM, I picked d) as my correct answer
But
FM can indicate an improvement isn't it? Why a) better than d)

Indeed the answer should be (d). Can you please indicate the book you're referring to. I can't find it in our system.
