Air Services mas made changes in the new AIP I am in the process of updating our books and exams (it never stops) 🙂
The reference your looking for is now AIP ENR 1.1 para 4.2.1(d)

thanks for the reply.....i still cant find that reference in my AIP. I have the current version.

Yeah that 4.1.2.1(f) is now 4.2.1(f)

found it...
combo is 4.1.1 (b) and (c)
confusion will be that its under an IFR section
