Hi all just another one .if a question asks if you use left aileron or right aileron Seeing as both of them move and create a reaction Is the question actually asking you if you turn left or right .
Left aileron Means left turn etc

I would assume that if a question said 'apply left aileron' it would mean move the control column to the left.

The answer to the question and explanation is on pages 106 and 121, question 35 of CPL Aerodynamics book (edition 2014).
