Duncan created the topic: You may be granted a PPL provided that you....

Hi All,

I'm revising the PPL air law section of the CPL air law book...if you catch my drift!

On page 46 of the CPL air law book it makes mention of the need to hold a flight radiotelephone operators licence in order to be granted a PPL. However, in the reference given (CASR 61.515) I cannot find anything referring to the need hold a flight radiotelephone operators licence.

Has this changed since the change over to Part61, or am I missing something?

Thanks,
Duncan
